    Minute Vetting with AI assistance
Minutes are not a transcript; they are the definitive legal record of your organization's decisions, authority, and accountability.

A poorly vetted minute creates strategic risk, operational confusion, and legal vulnerability. This intensive, one-day masterclass transforms the vetting process from a passive proofread into a critical governance function with the light assistance of AI.

You will learn a rigorous, four-step systematic approach to ensure every set of minutes is impeccably accurate, legally defensible, and crystal clear. Walk out as the expert who guarantees the official record is a true asset, not a liability.
    Objective
At the end of the one-day minute workshop, vetters will be able to:
    • Vet minute structure through grouping, ordering and signalling
    • Execute a comprehensive, multi-layered vetting process that scrutinizes content
    • Confidently identify and correct ambiguous, speculative, or non-compliant language

    to mitigate organizational risk.
    • Practise minute vetting with AI and with confidence

And, oh yes, he was co-founder of an attractive English Premier League supporters club in Singapore that neither don red nor blue.
